Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open a page, Netlify's servers automatically record technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system.

We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and keeps the logs only as long as needed for these purposes.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your email address, your message and any data you include in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) under a data processing agreement; Google may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have it corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) or erased (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restrict its processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
